1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FBA Blueprint website, software and services provided by Caf-Ops Ltd trading as FBA 2 Payday. By registering or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
FBA Blueprint is operated by Caf-Ops Ltd trading as FBA 2 Payday, a company registered in England and Wales. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Caf-Ops Ltd trading as FBA 2 Payday.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the service on behalf of a third party unless you are authorised to do so.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. What you receive
FBA Blueprint provides an educational blueprint, tools, dashboards and AI coaching to help users launch and operate an Amazon FBA business. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue or profit.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose;
- commit fraud, spam, phishing or other abusive behaviour;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfere with the security or availability of the service, including probing, scraping or distributing malware;
- reverse engineer, circumvent limits, resell access, or share your account outside your organisation.
7. Intellectual property
Caf-Ops Ltd trading as FBA 2 Payday owns all rights in the FBA Blueprint service, software, content, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes during your subscription.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Stripe handles card processing, billing, tax calculation and collection, fraud prevention, disputes and refunds for your order.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
9. AI-generated content
Some features use AI to generate suggestions, calculations and recommendations. These outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying facts and deciding how to use them.
10. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as lost profits, data or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law, including fraud, death or personal injury.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
